These terms of sale ("Terms of Sale") govern purchases of access to the content offered on the VODI platform, published and commercially operated by ACCESS V MOVI, a company incorporated under Algerian law with registered office at 5 rue Ramier-Oran, 31000 Oran, Algeria. These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of ACCESS V MOVI and of any customer purchasing paid access (prepaid subscription or rental) to the content of the VODI platform. [À VALIDER JURIDIQUE : formulation définitive de l'objet et de l'opposabilité des CGV.]
The access offers (prepaid subscriptions and rentals) and their current prices are presented on the platform at the time of ordering. The applicable price, its currency and the corresponding access duration are displayed in the order summary before any payment; that summary is authoritative. Prices may change at any time, with no effect on access already paid for.
Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed duration, stated at the time of ordering. They expire automatically at the end of that duration, with no tacit renewal and no recurring charge for payments made with CIB or EDAHABIA cards: no renewal ever happens without a new, voluntary purchase on your part. Renting a title grants a viewing right limited to 48 hours from the time of purchase. When that period ends, access to the rented title expires automatically.

Payments with Algerian interbank cards are processed by the secure payment platform of SATIM (Société d'Automatisation des Transactions Interbancaires et de Monétique). Accepted cards are the CIB card and the EDAHABIA card.
VODI neither collects nor stores any bank card data. Payment details are entered exclusively on the secure pages of the payment platform.
